  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field. Or proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved website rankings, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficient in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, WordPress , Website Building Tools, etc.
  • Proficient in on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
  • Strong understanding of the digital space – in particular social media platforms and search engines in Asian markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients and software.
  • Added advantage with knowledge on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website optimization.
  • Self-motivated; proactive, result-oriented, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads, are a plus.

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website rankings.
  • Designing the overall layout and aesthetic for websites. Duties include coding webpages or entire websites, meeting with clients to review website templates or refine their designs and running tests to preview layouts and website features.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for content optimization.
  • Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog articles, and product descriptions, for search engines and user engagement.
  • Based on client’s requirements, conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, to improve website visibility and authority.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and website updates
  • Execute link building campaigns according to needs.
  • Stay on top of latest Search Engine (Baidu, Google, etc) algorithm releases and report and adapt to any changes that may impact the client’s websites.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement and preparing weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.
  • Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify opportunities to stay ahead in organic search rankings.
  • Generate reports and present findings to the marketing team and management to showcase the impact of SEO efforts.
  • Participating in other ad-hoc projects including but not limited to, the above-listed responsibilities as requested by the company.
