About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project manager to lead and oversee a dynamic team of freelancers, content editors, SEO managers, and designers dedicated to promoting our Japanese websites.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of employees, content editors, SEO managers, and designers. Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to ensure the team’s success.
- Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met, quality standards are maintained, and objectives are achieved.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team
- Talent Development:
- Identify skill gaps within the team and develop training programs or initiatives to enhance team members’ skills and capabilities.
Basic Requirements:
- Japanese – Native Level
- English – Fluent Level
- Great communication and management skills
- Digital Marketing Experience – Strong Advantage
