Job Summary:
We are now seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive our dynamic creative efforts for global markets with a focus on Asia producing best-in-class online marketing campaigns and strategies. We are looking for energetic and proactive self-starters with the ability to produce innovative and result-proven results. You must possess the ability to work in a collaborative environment, have a strong sense of adventurous explorations and have excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website rankings;
- Designing the overall layout and aesthetic for websites. Their duties include coding webpages or entire websites, meeting with clients to review website templates or refine their designs and running tests to preview layouts and website features;
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for content optimization;
- Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog articles, and product descriptions, for search engines and user engagement;
- Based on client’s requirements, conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, to improve website visibility and authority;
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and website updates;
- Execute link building campaigns according to needs;
- Stay on top of latest Search Engine (Baidu, Google, etc) algorithm releases and report and adapt to any changes that may impact the client’s websites;
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement and preparing weekly reports;
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website;
- Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities to stay ahead in organic search rankings;
- Generate reports and present findings to the marketing team and management to showcase the impact of SEO efforts;
- Participating in other ad-hoc projects including but not limited to, the above-listed responsibilities as requested by the company.
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin and Chinese language is a must (working with software & tools in Chinese language and Mandarin-speaking clients);
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved website rankings, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Proven competency in WordPress & Website Building Tools such as Oxygen and/or Elementor.
- Proficient in on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
- Strong understanding of the digital space – in particular social media platforms and search engines in Asian markets
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients;
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website optimization. - Self-motivated; proactive and result-oriented.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
